Phase 2 Systems is founded by Joseph Chin, an Information Technology (IT) industry veteran with over 13 years experience. Joe has engaged in project management, business process engineering and software architecting with companies in Canada, the United States, Europe and The Bahamas. He brings his expertise to Singapore to help small and mid-sized organizations develop their web presence.
